Show FISH & GAME VIOLATIONS FOR 1965 A total of $325 in fine money for Fish & Game Department violations was collected by the Duchesne Precinct Judge Fred Pope in 1965. Twenty -three cases were docketed in this precinct, and included one case each, having hav-ing two fishing poles, having loaded gun in car, failure to stop for red light, gun not properly plugged, possession of trout but no possession license, killing pheasant out of season, fishing in closed waters, and fishing without a license. Destroying the sex evidence of six pheasants was the violation viola-tion for ten cases. Three persons per-sons were brought before the Court for having over limits of fish, two failed to tag their deer. |
