Show KOHL'S MARKET TO OBSERVE 50th ANNIVERSARY Kohl's Market is observing the 50th year of its operation this week with an anniversary sale Friday and Saturday, April 15 and 16. It was in April 1916, that the store was opened and operated I by the late George C. Kohl, whose name this thriving incor-j incor-j porated business still retains, under the manaaomrnf of Mr P. Mrs. Donald Bench, and a competent com-petent and experienced staff. The sale features huge savings sav-ings with bargains in all depart- ments - dry goods, groceries, hardware. In the dry goods department, items to be sold at half-price include one lot of ladies and children shoes, children !s and girls1 coats, ladies1 and children's child-ren's blouses, and skirt lengths of material. Yard goods are being sold at reduced prices, as well as ladies1 nylons and men's suntan pants and work socks. Bargain tables will hold a collection of drastically-reduced items of good quality. New wallpapers, at a real savings, are featured in the hardware hard-ware department sale, as well as garden and yard supplies, and many sports and home equipment equip-ment items.
