Plans are nearing completion this week for the 16th annual U. B. I. C. and Indian Fair to be held on August 22nd, 23rd and 24th. The official program, published by the Uintah Basin Record, is being turned over to the committee this week, listing the various events which will make this year's conventon outstanding. Tuesday might, August 16th, the Salt Lake Tribune and KSL will broadcast a program honoring the U. B. I. C. - Indian Fair, at 7:30 p. m. History of Convention The program will give a 'brief history of the convention, the conditions that brought about its formation and the part it has played In the development of the Basin, Several local people will be Interviewed, President M.
