Show sel services 4 vices held for john lawrence bell funeral services were held tues day afternoon in the tooele thoele fun eral home for john lawrence bell a veteran res dent of tooele thoele coun ty and a miner for fifty years mr bell died in the hospital in provo on saturday august 16 at the age of seventy five of natural causes mr bell was born in england july 12 1872 and came to utah in 1902 he was a miner and worked in salt lake county and later in tooele thoele county for many years he made his home in tooele thoele of late years after retiring on account of ill health he is survived by his widow mrs lucy gertrude nichols bell of too ele one daughter mrs frank me farland of ophir and five sons horace berkeley calif fred and leonard of tooele thoele and gordon and william of eureka one brother edward bell survives in england george williams bishop of the tooele thoele second ward of the church of jesus christ of latter day saints conducted the funeral service the speakers were A vern bracken and perry C gillett musical num bers were given by erb johnson and mrs roxie dobson amed by mrs I 1 D bird and a se lection by the lad e s quartet don na ellerston bernia brown bar bara hector and irma elkington invocation was by robert G shields and benediction by geo W bryan burial was arf the too ele cemetery where the grave was dedicated by E lavar tate |
