The passenger in the vehicle was identified the same way and was found to have an active arrest warrant on her. She was arrested and released when she posted bail on the warrant. Police spoke with a female about a violation of a protective order. Officers found the suspect sus-pect changed the victim's phone number to a different carrier and put it in his name. The suspect also violated a protective order. Police are waiting on further information in-formation from the victim. On November 7 police responded re-sponded on a vehicle burglary and found that several tools were taken out of a construction van. The victim did not have the van locked and there is no suspect sus-pect information at this time. An officer made a traffic stop on a vehicle and discovered the driver was DUI. The driver was arrested and later released on a citation without further incident. in-cident. No further information. On November 9 an individual individ-ual reported some damage done to her vehicle. On November 10 an officer offi-cer was dispatched to a vehicle burglary. The officer made contact con-tact with the complainant at the police department and received . the details on the property sto-. len from the vehicle. This case will be referred to detectives for further investigation. Police were dispatched to a theft detail. As police attempted at-tempted to make contact, they realized this . had occurred in Ltndon. Police referred this case to Lindon City Police. No further information. On November 10 officers responded to the business at the above location and took report re-port of a retail theft that was alleged to have occurred by the suspect. The reporting party, who works for the business, observed the suspect on her way out of the store after observing ob-serving her conceal merchandise merchan-dise she did not pay for on her person. The reporting party provided a written statement and a copy of video footage of the incident. The suspect admitted ad-mitted to having the merchandise merchan-dise on her person but said she forgot she had it. The suspect was cited and released for retail re-tail theft. On November 1 1 an officer was dispatched to an attempted theft. A report was was taken. The stolen item was returned to the owner. There is no suspect sus-pect information. On November 4 officers responded re-sponded to a report of criminal mischief but upon investigation, determined it to be the theft of farm equipment. Photos were taken of the damaged and missing miss-ing equipment. There are no suspects and no evidence in the case. The case is being filed for information purposes only at this time. Officers investigated a traffic traf-fic offense where one passenger was arrested for a valid arrest warrant and for heroin possession posses-sion and the second passenger was arrested for a valid arrest warrant. There was no forced entry and no damage to the vehicle. The reporting party had no suspect sus-pect information. The burglary occurred the previous evening ' and the reporting party had driven driv-en it to school prior to reporting it so there was no evidence. Officers responded to a theft and spoke with an individual individ-ual who was reporting a delayed theft from some time between September 1 and October 1 . The complainant recently became aware of some possible suspect information and this is why he is now reporting the theft. An officer responded to a local business on reports of a juvenile female shoplifting from the store. The juvenile was detained by the store owner while police were en route. The juvenile was taken into custody and later released to her parents on a citation. No further action taken. An officer was dispatched to a delayed theft of a bicycle from a local grocery store. The officer met with the victim and the loss prevention agent for the store, who had video surveillance surveil-lance footage of the crime. The officer was provided a copy of the footage and the victim stated stat-ed he suspected the person involved in-volved was someone he knew at school. Contact was made with the suspect and it was confirmed to be the same person involved. He was then taken into custody and transported to the police department. de-partment. He was later released on a citation. No further action was taken. An officer was dispatched to a vehicle theft. A report was taken. Suspect information is in the report. On November 5 police responded re-sponded to the Pleasant Grove Police Department on a report of a stolen bicycle detail. Police contacted the reporting re-porting party regarding a stolen MP-3 music player, reportedly stolen several days previous. Police were advised that the device de-vice was owned by the victim but that he had borrowed it some time ago and it had since been stolen. The reporting party further fur-ther reported that the victim had located it at a local pawn shop, however, when police responded to the pawn shop, the MP-3 player play-er was not there. The reporting party said there are no suspects and because of the time delay in it being reported, there is no evidence. evi-dence. Attempts to contact the reporting party and the victim again to confirm the information have been unsuccessful. They have not returned messages left with individuals who live with them. Until additional informa-" tion is developed, nothing further fur-ther is being done with this case. . It is being filed at this point for information purposes only. An officer was dispatched to Macey's Food and Drug for two juvenile females in custody by loss prevention for theft. The officer of-ficer responded, issued citations to both individuals, and released them on scene to their fathers. On November 6, 2010, an officer responded to a residence in Pleasant Grove on a report of a male who threw a brick at an off-duty police officer's patrol vehicle. The individual was arrested ar-rested for criminal mischief and released on citation. No further actions were taken. Officers checked two vehicles ve-hicles which were stopped and occupied on the side of the roadway, road-way, to offer possible assistance. Officers found the driver of one of the vehicles to have been consuming con-suming alcohol and identified her by name and date of birth. Following administration of field sobriety tests, it was determined deter-mined the driver was impaired. There were four children in the first vehicle (non-suspect vehicle) ve-hicle) and at the request of their mothers, they were released with the driver of that car.
