Show Services Held Wednesday For Vcrdena Smith l uncral services were held in Moab Wednesday for Mrs. Vcrdena Smith, a resident- of I.aSal for the past fifteen years, who passed away at Allen Memorial Hospital Oct. 1 1 at 8:20 p.m. Mrs. Smith was born Oct. 1, l')07 at Sipio, Utah, a daughter j of I'rederiek and Dora Adams j Ouarnlnirg. She married Geo. L. Smith Oct. 23. 1924 in i'illmore, Utah. Mr. and Mrs. Smith had been residents of LaSal for the past fifteen years. She is survived by her husband; three sons and two daughters: George H., Grants, New Mexico; Richard, LaSal; Morris Leon, lieale Air Force Base, Calif.; Mrs. Howard (Claudia) Tebelman, Coving-Ion. Coving-Ion. Kentucky and Mrs. F.ugcne (Doreene) Lora, of Casa Grande, Ariz.; twenty grandchildren and nine great grandchildren. Also .surviving arc four brothers and two sisters: James Ouamhurg, and Claude Ouarnhurg, Sipio, Utah; Floyd Ouarnburg, Aurora, Ulah; Dean Ouamhurg, Springville, Utah; Mrs. Arthur (Marie) Gardner, Payson, Ariz.; and Mis. Stan (I. Ilia) Lovell, Sun Maleo, Calif. Services, under the din-c-tion ill Grand Valley Miirlu.'ity, were held Wednesday at I p.m. at the Moab I.DS Chapel, Harry .. Snow conducting. Burial was in Sunset Memorial Cemetery. |
