Nelson appeared before the Court on a charge of j DUI. City Attorney A. J. : Coffman moved to reduce j the charge to reckless ; driving due to lack of a ; blood test. Nelson pled : guilty to the reduced charge and was sentenced ; to 40 days in jail and one : year probation. In addi- tion he was fined $200 and j ordered to attend driver j education classes. The jail sentence was suspended upon payment of fine and j successful completion of probation. James Elldred pled ; guilty to a charge of DUI ', and was sentenced to 40 days in jail and fined $250. A preliminary hearing was held in the case of Utah vs. Jacob J. Lamorie on a charge of possession of a dangerous weapon.
