Show City Court Action . : . On Oct. 9, Marvin Kenneth Ken-neth Tippetts appeared on a charge of driving while intoxicated. He entered a plea of guilty and was given a fine of $200 and jail sentence of 60 days, with the jail sentence suspended. sus-pended. He was placed on probation for one year under un-der the supervision of the Adult Probation and Parole. Pa-role. Andrew Archuleta appeared ap-peared Oct. 15, and his arraignment was continued con-tinued to Oct. 16 so that he could appear with counsel. He appeared on that date with Bill Benge, and was charged with burglary, bur-glary, a secorrd degree felony. After waiving preliminary pre-liminary hearing, he was ordered to appear before District Court at 10 a.m. Nov. 15. Bail was set at $5 thousand. William Claude Pitch-ford Pitch-ford appeared Oct. 17 on a DWI charge. After pleading guilty, he was sentenced to pay a fine of j S200 and spend 50 days 'in jail, the jail sentence I suspended.
