Edwards was accompanied by Times-Independent ; outdoor out-door writer Dick Wilson and California visitors ' Betty Stewart and her daughter Sandy. Though totally unexpected, Edwards' Fall trip into Canyonlands Can-yonlands last Friday was a winter one. When the group arrived in the Church Rock vicinity 40 miles south of Moab Mo-ab they entered a snow storm, the first that the Sewarts had witnessed. The photographic expedition Friday Fri-day proceeded to Angel Arch Ar-ch where Edwards took several sev-eral shots and into Horse Canyon. Edwards plans to spend considerable time in the National Na-tional park camping for three days to a week at a time to capture the needed scenes for the National Geographic. |
