Show Large Group Ends Float Trip Through Rugged Cataract Canyon Jiy Uarbara Lkker Thirty bix v.et but happy hap-py "river rats" emerged i-'riday afternoon at liile after a five day trip which began Monday at the l'ot-asn l'ot-asn launching area near iUoab. Prior to their launch, they iiad enjoyed a picnic at Dead Horse Point and were briefed on the delaus of their trip. These thirty six were all passengers with Canyonlands Expeditions Expedi-tions Cataract Canyon Ri-ver Ri-ver Trip. Overnight camps were topped off with steaks and all the trimmings, and even a cherry cobbler topped off the last evening's meal at Dark Canyon 'below Cataract. Ca-taract. The guests saw Big Horn, Sheep near the confluence of the Green and Colorado, and later at the Big Drop in Cataract. Photographers Photograph-ers were going wild trying to .get the whole trip film. They were met by Royal Holter and three other pilots pil-ots of Hub-Air, and flownl back to Moab to their hot watier, TV and other luxuries lux-uries of motel living. Guides for the five dayt trip, and doing an exceptional excep-tional job according to those who traveled with them were Regan Dale, Tom Yeager, Mike Zelen-kov, Zelen-kov, Doug Shapiro, and Tick Segerblom, who were directed by Marc Smith and A.
