Show Bon Voyage Party Held For Travelers Mrs. Jeston Blewitt hosted host-ed a Bon Voyage party Friday evening honoring five Moab ladies who will leave this week for a summer sum-mer tour of Europe. A red )'.ihite and blue nautical theme was carried out in party decor; the guests of honor, Mrs. Louise Watts, lrs. Marion Mack, Mrs. Bea Maynard, Miss Lillian Lil-lian McCormick, and Mrs. Elaine Peterson, traced their iteneries . for the party guests, and were presented pre-sented with appropriate gifts 'by the hostess. Miss Janet Galbraith entertained entertain-ed with a Clarinet solo Guests were Mesdames Helen M. Knight, Robert Sundwall, Ralph Griffin, Harold Foy, Bill Meador, Miss Charmaine Workman, Work-man, Mrs. Errna Wimmer, Mrs. Jean Shatley, Mrs. Mary Wilson, Mrs. Jim Athay, Mrs. Gene Leonard Mrs. Merlyn Maxwell, and Mrs. Erma Taylor. -" Four Moab school teachers, teach-ers, Mrs. Louise Watts, 'Mrs.' Marion Mack, Miss Lillian McCormick, and Mrs. Glendena Maynard, and Moahite, Mrs. Elaine Pfeiterson,, left Wednesday .for a summer tour of European countries. . Miss McCormick and Mrs. Maynard will leave the group at London and liisiiit relatiivelsi of Miss MeCormiek's in Scotland. The other ladies will tour eight European countries. High points of interest will be Holland, lip the Jthine in Germany, Vienna Rome, Venice, Miland, Lucerne Lu-cerne and Paris, where they will bc joined by Miss McCormick and Mrs. Maynard. Mrs. Watts will leave ,the group at Paris, and travel to Schweiinfort, iGermany, for an extended visit with ,her son and wife, Lt. and Mrs. 'Andy Watts, stationed with the ,U. S. Army there. |
