HAROLD FORD, Contest 10573 against Raven Nos. 1 through 7; Amended Raven Nos. 1, 2, 3, 4; A-mended A-mended Raven No. 4 (Raven (Rav-en Group No. 2); Amended Raven No. 5 (Raven Group No. 1); Amended Raven No. 6 (Raven Group No. 2); Amended Raven No. 7 (Raven Group No. 2), described des-cribed as being within T. 27 S., R. 18 E., S. L. Mer., Utah. You, and each of you, your heirs, representatives rep-resentatives and assigns,. are hereby notified that the United States of A-merica A-merica has instituted a contest pursuant to 43 C F R 1852, and Title 30 USCA, section 40, against those certain mining min-ing claims set forth above situated in the County of San Juan, State of Utah. A Complaint has been filed by the United States of America requesting that said mining claims be invalidated and declared null and void on the charge that: (1) the land involved is nonminera. in character. (2) no discovery of valuable val-uable minerals has been made in the above described des-cribed mining claims. The contest is pending in the Land Office, Bureau Bur-eau of Land Management, Post Office Box No. 11505, Federal Building, 125 South State Street, Salt Lake City, Utah 84111. Unless an answer to the complaint is filed in such office within thirty (30) day after the last date of publication of this notice, the allegations of the complaint com-plaint will be taken as confessed and the contest will be decided without a hearing. This notice will be published pub-lished on the following dates, to wit: November 16, 23, 30; December 7, 14, 1967, being at least once a week for five (5) consecutive weeks.
