W Morse It was explained to the court by E. E O. O Leatherwood district attorney th that t McAdams had pleaded guilty Inthe in inthe inthe the juvenile court to contributing to tho the delinquency of ot minors and Is now s serving time for that offense For lack of evidence the time charges of ot statutory offenses against Morgan Bryce and Earl McHenry were dis dis- dis- dis missed Juan Junn Flores Fiores pleaded not guilty to assault with a deadly weapon Frank pleaded not guilty to burglary bur bum glary and Giovanni pleaded not guilty to a statutory offense
