Show ALL WATERS NOW OPEN FOR FISHINGJN UTAH The last of Utah's fishing waters wa-ters was open to the angler Saturday Sat-urday morning. The area includes includ-es the lakes of the high Uintalis and the upper reaches of all the streams on both the north and .south sides of tlu'se famous mou.i tains. I Sportsmen are reminded tha! the bag limit remains the same as last year, and that motors cm-not cm-not be used on any floating device de-vice on a lake that lies greate' than one half mile's distance from the nearest road. Roads into the high areas are in reasonably good condition. Eleven miles of the Mirror Lake road is under construction. Only in the extremely high elevations will snowdrifts be encountered. In most of these places they have been pushed aside, and camping areas have been made access-able. access-able. The road from Mirror lake to Evanston is still blocked near Mirror lake. Hikers will have no trouble by passing the drifts. Be careful in selecting your camping camp-ing needs, and throw in the extra blankets if you expect to visit areas above 10,000 feet elevation. Snow still exists in shady spots and under the trees in the Mirror lake area. Camping shouid be comfortable comfort-able if you are properly equipped. equip-ped. However, we suggest being prepared for mosquitoes. Take plenty of mosquito lotion. The Fish and Game department depart-ment solicits the assistance of the fishermen who hike into the back country from the ends of the roads in the Uintah mountains. We would like you to report to this office any evidence of winter win-ter losses of fish you may encounter. en-counter.
