Show ENCLOSE YOUR EASTER CARDS IN ENVELOPES Festive postal cards sparkling with mica have been barred from the mails by order of the PostofHce department at Washington. Postmaster Thomas said today the order was due to tho fact that a clerk in the East was poisoned poi-soned recently by mica used for decorating deco-rating postcards, and that canceling machines were put out of order by the gritty stuff. Easter cards and all others glittering with mica must be enclosed in envelopes en-velopes before they will be accepted by postal authorities. |
