The missing persons ara William R. Wle-boldf Wle-boldf and Miss Martha Wleboldt. who have not been seen alnce Sunday evening. They disappeared a few hours bfore a fire, of suspected Incendiary origin, was discovered and extinguished In the furniture furni-ture store conducted by Wleboldt. The last word from the mlsalng man ni contained In a letter received yesterday yes-terday by his sister. Mrs. A Pteln. The letter was posted from a Chicago substation, sub-station, and contained this sentence: "I will be dead by the time you receive re-ceive this letter, ai I cannot face my troubles any longer. " Wleboldt was 62 years old. His daughter daugh-ter was 24 years old. Recently Wleboldt had become involved In heavy financial trouble. |
