An all day meeting of youth leaders is being held today, Fri-day, July 14, in the First Metho-dist church of Salt Lake City, under the leadership of Miss Helen Johnson, national youth work secretary for the Women's Society of Christian Service of the Methodist church. A fine summer program is in progress at the Highland Boy Community House. Boys and girl from fourth grade through high school are attending each week-day afternoon. Girls arrive at 1 p.m. for an hour of sewing. Boys join them at 2 p.m. for an hour of learning, tun and worship; then the boys enjoy an hour of crafts in the woodwork, plaster and payit shops. Evenings for all are spent on supervised play-ground. On Monday, July 10, Miss Mil-dred May of the Community House staff attended the plan-ning session of the faculty for the Methodist-Presbyteria- n Cru-sader crimp for Intermediates, which is to bt-- held this year at the YMCA camp grounds Kamas from July 23-2- A fine group of Utah youth is ex-pected and a splendid program has been outlined. Rev. William Persons, pastor of the Liberty Park Methodist church of Salt Lake City is the dean of the camp. Other workers include Mrs. Persoas, Rev. and Mrs. II. C. Boatty of Ogden, Rev. Clif-ford Mchvers of Salt Lake, Mrs. William McFadden of Price, Mrs Philip Price of Salt Lake City Mrs. te Fisher and family left Sunday to vacation in Yellow-stone national park.
