Show LEADER OF NATIONAL WOMAN'S PARTY RESIGNS Miss Alice Paul Says She Will Not Head New Party Under Old Name WASHINGTON. Feb. 13. Miss Alice Paul, former leader of the National Na-tional Woman's party, officially surrendered sur-rendered her post In that organization today after more than eight years continuous service. In announcing her resignation.
