Show Federal Grand Jurors Bring 5 1 Indictments Salt Lake Postal Clerk and Two Logan Bank Employes Among Defendants Named A total of 51 Indictments were returned before Judge Tillman D. Johnson of federal district court Tuesday by the United States grand jury at completion of Its lall term. Several secret Indictments also were returned. Among indictments was one accusing ac-cusing George T. Foutz, veteran postal clerk of Salt Lake City, of detaining and opening mall matter. Foutz recently was arrested by postal inspectors after a three-year probe of missing letters at the Salt Lake post office. The probe was begun . after inspectors received complaints that letters containing small amounts of money had never been delivered. Two Indictments alleged embezzlement embez-zlement from federal reserve banks by means of making false entries. The defendants named were Harry N. Highfield of the Commercial Security Se-curity Bank of Ogden and Evan H. Hancey of the Cache Valley Banking Bank-ing company of Logan.
