Show LARK NEWS LaVon Anderson returned home Friday evening, August 5 from a week's fishing at Mirror lake with Mr. and Mrs. Martin Jensen of Copperton. Tuesday guests at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Benton Boyd were Mrs. Boyd's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Emerson Gleason of Salt Lake City. Mr. and Mrs. Bob Davies and children, Vicky Lynn, Kay Marie and Robby of Montana." visited with friends and relatives here last Sunday. Mr. Davies will return re-turn to Montana while Mrs. Davies Da-vies will remain for a month's visit with her mother, Mrs. Carrie Car-rie Reed. Mrs. Davies will be remembered re-membered as the former Phyllis Reed. Those who represented Lark at Brighton for the three-day vacation va-cation were Carol Steel, RaNae Halliday, Ann Christie, Sandra Alexander, Mary Lou Ball and Mrs. Wanda Arnold, president. Mr. and Mrs. Max Seal of Mid-vale Mid-vale are receiving congratulations on the birth of a son Wednesday, August 10 at Cottonwood Maternity Mater-nity hospital. The new arrival weighed seven pounds ten ounces. ounc-es. Mother and son are reported doing nicely. Mr. Seal was a resident resi-dent of Lark until his marriage. Mr. and Mrs. Leland Neilsui and children, Wayne, Virginia Lee and Barbara Jo, spent the week end visiting with Mr. and Mrs. David Neilsen of Mona. Miss Pamla Lofgran of Provo spent the past week and a half vLiiting with Mr. and Mrs. Leland Le-land Neilsen and family. Mr. and Mrs. Bert Giles and son Michael and Mr. and Mrs. Walter Abplanalp and daughter Polly Ann, returned home last Sunday from a fishing trip to Moon lake. Seal and daughters, Beverly and Joy, Mr. and Mrs. Dallas Draper, Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Walker and daughter dau-ghter Marsha, Mr. and Mrs. Max Seal and son Craig of Midvale, spent last Sunday in Big Cottonwood Cotton-wood canyon. Mr. and Mrs. Clarence Ball and daughter Mary Lou are visiting in Provo today, Friday. |
