Show Soup Meat Cookery When making soup from uncooked un-cooked meat, put the meat on in cold water, cover and simmer gently gen-tly for several hours. If the liquor boils down and more Is needed, add boiling water (cold or tepid water wa-ter ruina the flavor). Add (alt and seasonings when the meat ia tender.
