Show chicago kidnap i breaitwaited; CHICAGO, Oct. 1 UNS-P.e-' newed activity at the home of Charles S. Rosa today led to the belief that a "break" in the strange kidnaping case might occur shortly. Investigators, however, denied that any contact had been established estab-lished with the abductors of the 71-year-old retired manufacturer. The mystery in the case deepened when Mre. Genevieve Bowey. a relative rela-tive of Mn. Ross, emerged from ;the apartment after a brirf viait and stood in a vacant lot near by exchanging signal! with Mrs. Ross at the window.
