Show ARREST MADE IN AUTO CRASH PRICE A. J. Easton, J, resident resi-dent of ths Miller creek farming district, was arrested for reckless driving Thursday night following an automobile accident In which Mrs. Mary Ellis. SO, of Cleveland. Emery county, suffered a head in-Jury. in-Jury. State Patrolman J. L. Sullivan of Helper said Easton ran into the rear of a car standing at the aids of ths highway two miles south of here. The parked automobile, operated by Abner Cramer, M, of Cleveland, had been pushed off the road when the battery went dead With Cramer were his parents. Mr. and Mrs. Rudolph Cramer, and Mrs. Ellis. The Injured woman was tsken to ths Price hospital for observation, observa-tion, attendants reporting she will probably be released Friday. Rudolph Cramer aald he was standing at ths rear of the car and unsuccessfully attempted by shouting shout-ing snd waving his arms to signal Easton to change his course. Easton was released on bond and ordered to appear Monday at 10 a. m. before Justice of the Peace Arthur N. Smith. |
