The "extra" was-another issue of the "Liberty Loan Call." Its headlines purported to be a message 'from the front saying that the Utah soldiers had inominously failed in an attack. Then followed a vivid picture of the shame and dismay at home if such a thing were true. Equal shame and despair, pointed out the "Call," will strike at the hearts of the boys in France if they hear that Utah has failed in, an equally important crisis the raising of her quota of Liberty bonds. The extra sounded the keynote of the new drive, which is opening today to wipe out the deficit that now stands aeainst the state of Utah.
