OCR Text	Show CHEZ SOUNDS NEW GAMBLING WARNING Attorney General Joseph Ches Wednesday iterated his warning that prosecution will follow where persons are found violating punch-board punch-board regulations in Salt Lake City. The new warning came after Ernest B. Harrison, specisl investigator in-vestigator for Mr. Chez, filed a complaint against A. G. Marcoolea, proprietor of the Oakland cafe, 58 West Broadway, before City Judge Albert H. Ellett. The complaint charged Marcooles with keeping a gambling device. Mr. Harrison said the punchboard operated at the cafe violated Mr. Chez' ruling that pujichboards are illegal unless they are operated in connection with a checker game in conformance with a state supreme I court decision.
