M PROVO The Tulrtlde season was ushered Into Provo Monday night In th form of a gigantlo parade which was witnessed by thousands of Utah county residents. Led by a apeclal Santa Claua float, th parad consisted of gaily-decorated floats and several bands. After th parade, 400 candy bars were passed out to hundreds of youngsters from th Provo area.
