The building now Is under construction con-struction adjacent to ' the congressional con-gressional library. The will dlrecta that the trustees of Amherst collreu shall administer the memorial fund and that one-fourth one-fourth of the Income from It shall be turned over to the college until the sum equala fzbo.ooo.
