TO BE ELEVEN CONTESTS There will he a contest In all eleven districts In November. Before Be-fore the Hoover landslide there were nine Democratic representatives representa-tives and two Republicans. At th lst election Kentucky reversed the count and sent two Democrats and nine Republicans to congress. One Republican died and he was succeeded suc-ceeded by a Democrat in a special election. The August primary will be conducted con-ducted under a new state election law. The ballots will be locked at the close of voting Saturday and not counted until Monduy, the count being supervised by election commissioners com-missioners at the county seats. |
