OCR Text	Show State Basketball League. The first game of tle State Basketball league was played In Ogden Friday night. The Brigham Young college of Logan defeated the Weber State academy acade-my by a score of 80 to 15. The Ogden team was somewhat outclassed, but put up a game and Interesting fight Em-mett Em-mett especially doing good work. There was a good crowd of spectators present and the prospects for a prosperous season sea-son in Ogden are good. Th L. D. S. U. plays the B. Y. U. of Provo, and the Brigham Young college of Logan plays the State deaf and dumb school at Ogden Og-den Saturday. The line-up: W. 8. A. Position. B. Y.
