The first asks that a bureau of mining mi-ning be establish' d In one of the Pocky Mountain States, and the second asks for a mint and assay office for Utah. H. J. M. No. S, by Hopes, asking for 'a delay In the opening of the Uintah reservation, was unfavorably reported. The Judiciary committee presented favorable reports on H. B. 12, affecting the service of process from municipal courts, and it. B. No. 32, relating to the dismissal of actions. Unfavorable reports re-ports were made on H. B. No. 60, to prevent pre-vent the killing of game on private premises, and H. B. No. 3l. to compensate compen-sate attorneys for the defense of Indigent Indi-gent prisoners. |
