Baker of the District court has Issued an injunction upon the request of the Santa Fe railroad against machinists machin-ists bollermakers, their helpers and apprentices ap-prentices and metal workers, now on. strike, restraining them from In any manner man-ner interfering with the agents and employees em-ployees of the company In the management, manage-ment, movement or operation of the company's com-pany's engines, cars and all other machinery ma-chinery and appliances. They are also enjoined from Interfering with the men who are taking the places of the strikers, and are restrained from entering upon the company's right of way and other ground and property. The injunction is the most far-reaching ever Issued by a court in the Territory. The strike situation has assumed larger proportions by the action of the metal workers, coppersmiths, plpemen. with their apprentices and helper, and the bollermakers and their apprentices and helpers, in walking out. An effort Is being be-ing made to have the blacksmiths Join the strikers. |
