Show NEW POSITION FOR HEINTZ IN .CALIFORNIA Q. W. Helnts. who Is well known In this city as general passenger agent of the Rio Grande Western for a number of years, has been appointed assistant general freight and passenger agent of the North Shore Railroad company of California, recently absorbed by the California Northwestern railroad. Mr. Helnts left this city in 1903. ' James L. Frazler has been appointed general manager of the road vice W. M. Rank, resigned, and R. X Ryan has been appointed general freight and passenger pas-senger agent H. C. Whiting Is the new purchasing agent of the road. The combined roads will, it Is believed, be-lieved, pass into the . control of the Southern Pacific |
