Banks, former sale manager for Crane St Co.'m Evanston branch, for embezzlement, have been Issued. Is-sued. Banks was transferred to Kansas City about stx weeks ago, and since then Ms accounts have been Investigated. These, It is alleged, show a shortage of about $1800 worth of stock and for cash on sales not turned In. Application for requisition requi-sition papers have been sent to Gov.
