A young repdrter was sent to Mr, Morgan's residence to ask an Important question. - "Mr. Morgan Is out." raid the butler. The reporter, noticing a. carriage In waiting, lingered near the entrance to the Madison avenue residence, and in a few moments was not exactly astonished aston-ished to see Mr. Morgan come out and start .for the carriage.
