He Is a free man now and has been vindicated of all criminal blame by the grand Jury of White Pine county, coun-ty, which found that he was forced to shoot to save his own life. . .As manager of one of the properties of the New York and Nevada Copper company, Traylor refused to comply w-ith a demand made upon him by the Miners union and disregarded the threats of violence that accompanied the demands. The miners became en- raged when they heard of bis refusal and set upon him with cries of "Lynch him!" and "Kill him!" He whipped out his revolver and when the smoke cleared away three men were dead and two others seriously serious-ly wounded. , j Mr. Traylor said, today he did not care to make any statements.- as he thoroughly regretted that the trouble had occurred. .
