Show - The board of directors of the Utah ' Light and Railway company held a short session this morning at which only a few routine matters were attended at-tended to. ; Contrary to expectations, no directors direc-tors resigned nor were any new directors direc-tors elected. Manager Campbell, who is a member of tbe board of directors, said to THE TELEGRAM at noon today that as far as any official information which he had was concerned he did not know that any member of the board would resign. - "The transfer of the majority of the stock; is now being made in New York," said Mr, Campbell, "and I do not know just when it will be completed. com-pleted.
