Kelly at -tempting to prove through the testimony testi-mony of police officers that Zemon acted as a "fence" for numerous criminals crimi-nals and received stolen property . valued at several hundred dollars. a F. A. Starkweather, charged with Issuing a draft without sufficient credit, cred-it, pleaded not guilty. He la accused of giving the Thomas Smart estate a draft for $61 7. 0, drawn against D. W. Stannard Co. of Blackfoot Ida., without having aufflclent credit to cover the paper.
