In which was Inclosed a preamble and Series of resolutions Indorsing the Lincoln 1 highway aa the only way through j Nevada, in which It was set forth. among other things, that: I I "Whereas. The Lincoln Highway j association has heretofore given large J sums of money to l'tah and Nevada I to assist In constructing Its route ! across these states, relying upon j gratitude and good faith of both states to include such Improved portions por-tions In their interstate roads: "Resolved. Thst the Reno ch.imber of commerce respectfully urges that i the state of l'tah make every effort to Include as a part of tta federal t aid system that portion of the rnd ; from Lake Point, l'tah. - thro itch 'Tooele county to a Junction with the 1 deifimated Nevada aystem to the ' stte line near Ibapah."
