B Kelsey was an early resident of Tooele Toole Too- Too ole ele le and its first mayor maor Her mother was vas one of the first settlers in Tooele Toole Too Too- ele le h having ving spent the first winter winte here hereafter alter after the settlers arrived in this sec see tion ion Mrs Bevan went through most of f the early da day experiences in Tooele Too Too- ele Ie and endured a great many of ot the hardships incident to pioneer life She married the late John A A. A Bevan in n the old endowment house housein in Salt L Lak ake k November 20 1876 All her life liCe which was ws spent in Tooele she was wasn an n active worker in the L. L D D. D S S.
