Provo Herald SON-DAD DRAMA IN MURRAY GAME Quite a drama was enacted last Thursday when the Provo Timps dropped that 5-4 decision decis-ion to Murray. On the mound tor Provo, and pitching his heart out to try for a win, was Bailey San- j tlstevan Jr. On tin. field, in the impartial blue guise of an umpire, um-pire, was Bailey Santistevan Sr.. who taught young Bailey most of what he knows about baseball, Under the best of circumstance, it would he a tough situation for the father, and what made it j worse, Bailey Sr., calling the plays as he saw them and with complete Impartialitv was forced forc-ed to call a couple of close ones that put young Bailey in plenty hot water. There wouldn't have been a happier man on the field than Bailey Sr., had the youngster come through with a win, but, as like many real hie stories, our drama had to have an unhappy ending.
