Mr. Gadsby, Mr. Hale, Mr. Corey and Mr. Jones are officers and full time employes em-ployes of the company-Mr. company-Mr. Corey explained that the next step will be to call a meet ing of stockholders for the elec-1 tion of 12 directors from the nominees. no-minees. The regular annual meet ing of Utah Power & Light com-: pany stockholders, ho said, will be held on October 16, 1946, and; it is presently intended to elect directors at that time. Mr Corey further explained that Utah Power & Light is subject sub-ject to the continuing jurisdic- j tion of the Securities & Exchange commission and its rules as applied ap-plied to qualifications of mem bers of its board of directors.
