The constitution of the Student association has been revised to conform to Westminster's new status as a senior college- One interesting item is the provision that no member of the association associa-tion may belong to a social fraternity fra-ternity or sorority. Dean J. S. Boughton commented that he was happy to see the preservation preserva-tion of the democratic ideal, in this day when many colleges have the problem of decreasing the emphasis on fraternity politics poli-tics on the campus. Dr. Charles G. Whitwell spoke to the Faculty club Thursday j evening in the parlor of Foster hall, men's dormitory, discussing the new position of t le Philip-; nines in the Far East.
