Counselor to Elders At the regular monthly meeting of the Second quorum of Elders of the Hilt Lake Stake of Zion held In the Tenth ward meeting house Salt Lako City Monday evening February 7th Brother John 12 Ion was unanl annually sustained no second counselor to Elder James 13 Wallis president of that quorum and was set apart updr the hnnds of Elder Joseph E Taylor of the presidency of the Stake assisted by other brethren The chnwa mad In consequence of Brother NII Jlamuen formerly first counselor to Brother Malln having hav-ing been ordained a High Priest and met apart as second counselor In the First ward Bishopric Remarks suited to the occasion wr made hy Elders A M Mur and Joseph E Taylor
