MY OPINION By Walter Kiernan Most people I know dont don't need any help with their income tax return Just with their income But you have a couple more days and remember the government wants only what's coming to it That takes care of everything No taxpayer will complain knowing that the administration needs 71 b billion dollars worth of war materials to keep the peace Russia has an arms budget of 21 billion billion billion bil bil- bil- bil lion dollars to keep the peace That's what her finance minister says How can we have a war with 95 billion dollars poured into such pious peace efforts by the two leading opponents I No other two countries can point with such pride to such a sturdy financial effort to prevent war as these enormous budgets to buy arms Nothing but an an n error or slight miscalculation miscalculation miscalculation lation could get us in trouble while these two nations spend so grandly for peace
