Chapple Chappie Chapple Chap Chap- pie in the the Summit county court court- house Ten witnesses were sworn in by Justice Chapple Chappie Edler is charged with murder of Hardy Dean Mitchell 51 a timber worker work work- er living at Kamas on the night of August 15 Testifying Wednesday morning was Dr E. E G. G Wright of Kamas who related how he attended Mitchell after he was found shot ii 19 9 an alley at Kamas and how he took him to the Coalville hospital hospital hos hos- pital where the victim died of ofa a gunshot wound in the chest Sheriff Robert D D. Cunningham of Summit county and Captain E. E A A.
