Show r. ---------- j Highland Boy ' Leslie Gleavet Eugene Tazzer, son of Mr. and Mrs. John Tazzer, left Wednesday Wednes-day for Los Angeles to attend Woodbury college. Attelio Azzelio, son ef Mr. and Mrs. Tony Azzelio, , returned home Christmas to spend the holidays with his parents. Mr. Azzelio is a graduate of Woodbury Wood-bury college and employed at LeRoy's Jewelry store in Los Angeles. He left Saturday to return re-turn to his work. Miss Marie Azzelio spent Christmas Eve at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Rottini of Taylorsville. John Stenuga left Saturday for Dallas, Texas, to attend the Cotton bowl footbalKvame. He expected to be gone ten days. John Bolic and Pete Chanak left Saturday for California for an indefinite stay. Walter Bolic of Salt Lake City was a Christmas visitor at the home of his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Nick Bolic. Mr. and Mrs. George Smilan-Ich Smilan-Ich and family were dinner guests at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Andrew Jones Christmas day. Miss Marie Button and her mother, Mrs. Minnie Button, of Yukon, Okla., left Friday for an indefinite stay at Los Angeles. Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Rottini and daughter, Josephine, and son, Edo, of Taylorsville, spent Christmas day at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Tony Azzelio. Miss Mary Pazell spent Christmas Christ-mas in Murray visiting friends and relatives. She returned home Friday. Miss Carmella Sponga of Taylorsville Tay-lorsville spent Christmas day with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Bert Sponga. Miss Ann Kasich of Copperton spent the Christmas holidays at the home of Mr. and Mrs. George Kosovich. Mrs. Steve Barker and son, Johnny, were guests at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Nick Bolic Christmas. Mr. and Mrs. D. F. Johanson and daughter, Denece, of Bingham, Bing-ham, were dinner guests Saturday Satur-day of Miss Ada and Miss Vera Duhigg. The following enjoyed a skating skat-ing party at the Highland Boy Community House Christmas night: the Rev. and Mrs. M. Smith and Mrs. Smith's brother, Lyman Varnell, of Bingham; The Rev. and Mrs. Albert J. Steiner of Midvale; the Rev. and Mrs. R. Goff and son, Jimmy, of Tremonton; the Rev. and Mrs. William Daugherty of Price and the Rev. and Mrs. Cecil Green of Salt Lake City. Mr. and Mrs. Carl N. Granning had as dinner guests last Friday evening J. M. Whitmore and Joe Mersom, both of San Francisco, and Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Ortego. |
