THREE OFFICERS BURN TO DEATH WATERBURY Vt Dec 26 UP Three army officers attached to a civilian conservation corps camp here were burned to death and three others were critically burned in a afire fire which destroyed the officers officers' quarters here early today The dead were Captain Roland Potter of or Northfield Northfield Northfield North- North field former coach and director of athletics at Norwich university Captain E E. W W. Boothby of or Watertown Watertown Watertown Water- Water town Mass Lieutenant Leonard C. C Bushy Busby of Concord N. N H H. Those burned were Lieutenants Charles H H.
