Mr. and Mrs. Phil Gallagher of Boston, Mass., president of the Postmasters association of America, Ameri-ca, and I. A. Smoot, Salt Lake City postmaster, and George Watson, postmaster at Alta, visited visit-ed Earl T, James, Bingham postmaster, post-master, yesterday, making a tour of Bingham district and guests of Mr. James at luncheon. Jenkins, M.D., who has been serving with the medical medi-cal ctorps at Carrfp Haan, Calif., the past six weeks, and his family, fami-ly, who were at Riverside, Calif., are now in Los Angeles, the doctor doc-tor having been transferred to the Los Angeles induction center. cen-ter. Mrs, Andrew Gray came home June 18 from Las Vegas, where she was a guest of her son and daughter-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Ellwood Gray, and a sister, Mrs. John Dodge, remembered here as Miss Eva Call. Mr. and Mrs. Andrew Anderson Ander-son are. in Elko, Nev., and will bring Mrs. Anderson's mother, Mrs. Caroline Huebner, home with them for the summer. Mrs. William Huebner accompanied the Andersons to Elko and is visiting vi-siting her son and daughter-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Hugh Huebner. Mr. and Mrs. David T. Ireland returned home Friday morning from a 10-day wedding trip to San Francisco and Berkeley. The coast is a very busy place, everyone every-one with more work than they can do, the Irelands noticed. A delightful picnic supper was enjoyed Saturday evening at Murray park, arranged as a Father's Fa-ther's day outing by the Women Democrats. Attending were Mrs. Ray Kenner of Salt Lake City, Mr. and Mrs. Don Reid, Mr .and Mrs .Joseph Timothy, Mr. and Mrs. George Panos, Mr. and Mrs. W. W. Garrett, Mr. and Mrs. J. A. Watts, Mrs. Anna Wolfe, Mrs. Lenore Andreason, Mrs. B. C. Snyder, Mr. and Mrs. S. J. Kenner, Ken-ner, Mrs. Frank Shafter and Mrs. Ross Ashworth. John T. Bogan Jr. left Wednesday Wednes-day evening for San Diego, Calif, to visit his mother, Mrs. John T. Bogan Sr. who is seriously ill. Mr. Bogan will also visit a sister and brother-in-law, Mr, and Mrs. Ray Holloran. Miss Mabel Neprud, principal of the Copperton grade school has left to spend the summer with Dr. and Mrs. Shirley May at Flandrea, S. D. Attending the Loveridge family fami-ly reunion Sunday in Springville at the J. L. Loveridge home were Mr. and Mrs. John J. Creedon and daughters, Colleen and Patsy, Pat-sy, Mr. and Mrs. R, R. Marriott and grandson, Danny, Baseball, games, sports and dinner were enjoyed en-joyed by 32 persons, |
