Show Mrs. Keith Sullenger and daughter dau-ghter Kay of Copperton were Sunday visitors at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Robert Burke. Mr. and Mrs. Dan Delaney and daughter Michele were dinner guests Sunday of Mr. and Mrs. J. A. Thomas. Miss Stella Klopenstinc, Mrs. Robert Burke and Mrs. Greg Tyson attended Ross Hocking's funeral Thursday. Money which has been given to little Nick Bapis since his birth two years ago, was used to purchase a $100 war bond for the little boy. He is a son of Mr. and Mrs. Mike Bapis. Three hundred and sixty pounds of fat were salvaged in October by Copperfield women cooperating in wast fat campaign, it is reported by Mrs. J. B. Thurmond, Thur-mond, chairman, and Clinton Ro-bison Ro-bison of Binsham Meat. ORDINANCE NO. 17 CITY OF BINGHAM CANYON. UTAH. AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE LICENSE TAX ON DOGS. Be it ordained by the City Council of the City of Bingham Canyon, Utah: Section 1. That Section 137, Chapter VI of the Revised Ordinances Ordin-ances of 1930 of the Town of Bingham Canyon, Utah, be amended to read as follows: "Section 137. Licensed Dogs. It shall be unlawful for ?ny person per-son to keep a dog within the limits of this City without making mak-ing application to the City Recorder Re-corder for that purpose and paying pay-ing to said City Recorder for the benefit of the City an annual tax of $10.00 for a female dog and $5.00 for a male dog. It shall be the duty of the City Recorder to register the applicant's name and the description of the dog, and to give to said applicant a certificate of registry." Section 2. This ordinance as amended shall take effect on January 1, 1945. Councilman F. J. Quinn made a motion that the foregoing ordinance or-dinance be adopted. Councilman Ross M. Cushing seconded the motion. Roll Call Vote as follows: Councilman Anast J. Chipian "aye". Councilman Ross M. Cushing "aye". Councilman Clarence L. Johnson John-son "aye". Councilman F. J.
