OCR Text I Father Protests Fining of Son for Cutting Timber Kenneth Lund 1946 Fourteenth Fourteenth Fourteenth Four Four- East street recently pleaded guilty in police court to charges that he cut timber in City Creek canyon and was was fined 50 Kenneths Kenneth's father William A. A Lund has a different idea however however how how- ever and Tuesday wrote a letter let let- ter to the city eity commission askIng asking ask ask- ing that the fine be refunded Mr Lund said his son was in innocent innocent innocent in- in that he took only four pieces of dead wood which he gave to a widow The case was referred to the legal department after Commissioner Harold BLee BLee B B. Lee corroborated the fathers father's protest
